Internal Hot Spots

While a woman's internal reproductive organs include the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, these are not sexual organs. Women can't stimulate these parts of the body, and they cannot achieve pleasure from them even if they could stimulate them.
Instead, a woman receives pleasure from two internal hot spots: the lower one-third of the vagina and the g-spot. Interestingly, nerve endings are only located in the lower portion of the vagina, and, thankfully, it is fairly easy to stimulate this area.

Alternatively, the g-spot is a little more difficult to stimulate. Firstly, a woman must find her g-spot to stimulate it properly, and for many women, this is a difficult task. G-spot stimulation is so important and provides so much pleasure, that this e-book includes an entire chapter on the subject.

The g-spot is about the size of a dime and it is located on the front inside vaginal wall (toward a woman's stomach), about one finger-length up. Slightly rougher than the silkier walls of the vagina, the g-spot is easier to find when a woman is fully aroused.
