Vaginal Stimulation

Some women are taught that their pussies are dirty, or gross. This is extremely unfortunate, because it shies women away from exploring the body, and its many sources of pleasure, fully.
The majority of nerves are located in the lower third of the vagina. This means that if a woman stimulates her vagina about a third of the way in (or one finger's length), she can receive immense pleasure.

While approximately only 30% of women can achieve orgasm through stimulation of the vagina exclusively, many women can find pleasure from such stimulation. Pleasure, not orgasm, is what it is all about. Orgasm should only be icing on the cake.

Nevertheless, there are numerous ways to stimulate the pleasure sources of the vagina. Fingering is the most basic, and one of the most fulfilling ways to pleasure the numerous nerves in the lower third of the vagina.

Fingering can be extremely pleasurable, but many women who are unfamiliar with their bodies or uncomfortable with sex find it difficult or unsexy to play with their pussies or to finger themselves. It is vitally important that women accept their body as a source of pleasure to fully explore who they are sexually.
