Female Masturbation Technique - The Butterfly

The Butterfly offers special stimulation of the clitoris. Though indirect by comparison to the basic technique for clitoral stimulation—the rub, the Butterfly can be exquisitely pleasurable.

First, lie on your back with your legs slightly apart.
Take your prominent hand and rest it across your vulva. Separate the labia majora, and rest your forefinger and middle finger alongside your clitoris and the labia minora. Your knuckles should rest almost parallel to your clit.

Now, press your fingers in toward the clit and move them up and down alternating fingers. If your forefinger is up, your middle finger should be down. It is a lot like kicking with those to fingers.

The twitching oscillation of your fingers will create varying pressures on the clit. And varying pressures offer you significant pleasures. As you become more and more aroused, increase the speed at which you move and flick your fingers, it will help you to build up toward a powerful orgasm.
