Locating the G Spot

The G-Spot is a two centimeter bundle of nerves located just inside the vulva right behind the pelvic bone. It is usually no more than two inches up the vaginal canal and it can be identified by a rough patch of skin that feels more firm than the normally slick viscous texture common to the skin of that area. The G-Spot is approximately the size of the tip of a finger. Not all women experience sensations from this nerve bundle which may be why its existence is questioned.
Not all circumstances are conducive to using the G-Spot. As with other sensitive genital areas, sexual stimulation must be accompanied by some amount of personal arousal. If a female is very close to orgasm or already climaxing, then stimulation of the G-Spot will tend to amplify the sensations. In other words, the G-Spot tends to function best as the punctuation at the end of a tremendous sentence.

Effective stimulation of the G-Spot may take a few sessions. As you lie on your back, with your palm facing down use your index or middle finger and begin to contract your finger muscle so that the finger curls gently yet firmly providing a pulse of more and less pressure to the sensitive area. The desired effect is something like a lifting motion - as though you were trying to lift up on your pelvis. Continue to build on this theme with intensity and pressure, keeping in mind that you must do so slowly and delicately so as to let the pleasure build up to an orgasm.

One should be aware that a woman has an orgasm much differently than a man. Women's orgasms are best represented by an earthquake. The starting point is not necessarily definable but occurs during arousal and initial stimulation. As the stimulation continues and increases so the quakes then increase in intensity and severity.

Eventually a peak of sensation is reached and this is what would be considered the orgasm. This moment can be likened to the reading of the Richter scale for earthquakes which measures the activities' point of greatest severity. However, and this is where women are at a sexual advantage over men, exactly like an earthquake female orgasms contain aftershocks. These aftershocks are the residual effects from the bodies' activity of orgasmic vibration and can potentially last as long as there is appropriate stimulation.

By contrast, a man has one long hard rise in feelings of pleasure as he approaches the moment of orgasm. Once a man climaxes his sexual interest and pleasure is over for the time being whereas a woman can continue to climax again and again.
