Take your prominent hand and set it on top of the head of your penis. Now, split your fingers down the middle, with your middle and forefingers on one side and your ring finger and pinky on the other side. This creates a sort of V-shape with your penis nestled firmly at the apex of the V.
Now slide your penis through the opening over and over again. With your opposite hand, you can stimulate your balls by slowly stroking them or gripping them near the base of the penis. For added pleasure, and better sex simulation, you can add a lubricant to your fingers.
